Langley Medical Foundation

For the medical good of our community

The Langley Medical Foundation operates exclusively for the benefit of Langley Health Services (LHS) and its patients that may require care and assistance that LHS is unable to provide. In addition, the Foundation supports LHS and its mission.

The funds raised by the Langley Medical Foundation, with the help of LHS staff, have been used to:

Provide college scholarships for Sumter County High School graduates with an interest in a medical profession.

Support various community based events benefitting local children, including LHS’s Laura Vickers Christmas Party for Kids.

Improve LHS to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Provide individual support for financially and medically burdoned patients.

Langley Health Services is a trusted name in the community, known for providing complete comprehensive quality medical care with compassion and respect to everyone in the community. LHS is a non-profit agency. All of our funding and all of the payments we receive for medical services go back into the facility. If you’d like to contribute to Langley Health Services and help us serve the community, any contributions will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to supporting the center.

As LHS is a 501(c)3, all financial contributions are tax deductible. Please contact Gary Costantino, our Chief Financial Officer, at gcostantino@telmedical.com with any questions regarding financial contributions. We can also accept contributions via paypal.
